Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Starter Plan is free forever — no credit card, no trial expiry. You only need to add payment when you upgrade to Expanding Portfolio.
What happens when my free trial ends?
After your 7-day trial you move to the Starter Plan automatically. You keep access to up to 3 properties and your existing inspection history. No charge unless you choose to upgrade.
Can my team members use the same account?
Yes — the Expanding Portfolio plan supports multiple users on the same account. Each team member gets their own login and can run inspections across your portfolio.
Can tenants complete their own inspections?
Yes. On the Expanding Portfolio plan you can send tenants a code to complete a self-led inspection on their own device. If they mark anything as damaged, a photo is required — so your records are always backed by evidence.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your account settings at any time and you won't be charged again.
